How do I become a reseller?

You must operate a legitimate retail or interior design business and have a valid state resale certificate.

How can I buy if I am not a reseller?

We will forward you to an Internet reseller or a retail store in your area. If you want to visit a retail location, please provide us with your zip code and we will direct you to the closest reseller in your area. Email us at sales@bardintl.com

How long will it take to ship out my order?

We normally ship within 10 business days or less. There are times when your shipment may go out within 48 hours. Quick 48 hour shipping (time of placing order to the time shipment goes out) is always available upon request.

Does shipping time include weekends?

Shipping estimates do not include weekends.

Can you ship to my P.O. Box, APO, FPO, and etc address?

No. All orders must be shipped to a physical address.

Can I ship International, AK, HI, PR, and etc address?

We can ship international and to domestic freight forwarders.

What forms of payment do your accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, Money Orders, and certified Checks. Non certified checks must clear before shipment is made. You can apply for net terms. See Terms and Conditions. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is shipped. Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $25.00. Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. orders.

How can I check stock on an item?

We do not monitor inventory over the site. Call 305 953 9300, fax 305 749 8099 or email sales@bardintl.com and we will provide you with immediate stock information.

What is the average ETA for most backorders?

Back orders may take a couple of weeks or up to 5 months depending on the items. For a more accurate ETA please call 305 953 9300 & speak to a customer service representative.

Do you substitute items?

We will never substitute any item without your consent. If you would like recommended substitutions, please call 305 953 9300 & speak to a customer service representative.

Can I add or delete items once I have placed an order?

If an item was added or needs to be removed from an order please call 305 953 9300. A representative will attempt to accommodate this action but orders are processed very rapidly & are not always able to be changed before shipping.

I need to cancel my order. What should I do?

Call 305 953 9300 & a customer service representative will research your order. In an attempt to ship orders a soon a possible it is not always possible to stop an order once it has been placed.

How much are freight charges?

All shipments are F.O.B. Miami Florida. We ship by UPS, FED EX, DHL and most common carriers. We will ship your order with the best freight rate we are able to obtain.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days to make a claim. After 30 days no returns will be accepted. You must obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) first before returning any merchandise. Returned items must be in resalable condition. Resalable Condition means that the product(s) is exactly in the same condition as you received it. See Terms and Conditions for more information.

I'm looking for an item not listed on your web site, what can I do?

Our website will have the most up-to-date information on our available product and prices. If you do not see an item shown it has most likely been discontinued and is no longer available.
